Currently,
ui5-menu-itemhas 2 arrows:which can be seen if you remove some of the styling:
Otherwise, they are positioned exactly on top of each other and therefore unnoticeable.
This was most likely an oversight with the HBS -> TSX transformation and somebody probably copy/pasted the same code twice or forgot to delete it after a refactoring
